By registering for any tournament on PrimePlayWorld, you agree to this policy.

1️⃣ Tournament Entry Fees

  • Entry fees are required to confirm participation in paid tournaments.
  • Registration is considered complete only after successful payment confirmation.
  • All entry fees are subject to this Refund Policy.

2️⃣ When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

✅ A. Tournament Cancelled by PrimePlayWorld

If a tournament is cancelled by PrimePlayWorld due to:

  • Low participation
  • Technical failure
  • Operational issues

Full entry fee will be refunded to the original payment method or wallet balance.

✅ B. Payment Deducted but Registration Not Confirmed

If your payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed:

  • Contact support with your transaction ID
  • After verification, the amount will be refunded or registration will be confirmed

✅ C. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally pay twice for the same tournament:

  • Provide proof of duplicate transaction
  • One payment will be refunded after verification

3️⃣ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

❌ A. Player No-Show

  • Failure to join match on time
  • Late entry
  • Absence without notice

❌ B. Disqualification

  • Violation of tournament rules
  • Cheating or hacking
  • Abusive behavior

Entry fee will be forfeited.

❌ C. Technical Issues on Player Side

PrimePlayWorld is not responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Device malfunction
  • Game crashes
  • Power failure

No refund will be issued for such cases.

❌ D. Voluntary Cancellation by Player

Once tournament registration is confirmed, cancellation by the player is generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in tournament-specific rules.

4️⃣ Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Time may vary depending on payment provider
  • Wallet refunds (if applicable) may be faster

5️⃣ Prize Pool Adjustments
