By participating in any tournament on PrimePlayWorld, you agree to follow this policy.

1️⃣ Zero Tolerance Policy

PrimePlayWorld has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, hacking, and unfair gameplay practices.

Any violation may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification
  • Entry fee forfeiture
  • Prize cancellation
  • Temporary or permanent ban

2️⃣ Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

🔴 A. Use of Hacks or Unauthorized Software

  • Aimbot
  • Wallhack
  • ESP (Extra Sensory Perception tools)
  • Modded game files
  • Third-party automation tools
  • Emulators (if restricted in tournament rules)

🔴 B. Exploiting Game Bugs or Glitches

  • Intentional use of in-game bugs
  • Map exploits
  • Damage or visibility glitches

🔴 C. Teaming & Collusion

  • Unauthorized teaming in solo matches
  • Match-fixing
  • Prize manipulation
  • Intentional feeding

🔴 D. Identity Fraud

  • Playing from another player’s account
  • Substituting players without permission
  • Fake registration details

🔴 E. Toxic or Abusive Behavior

  • Harassment
  • Hate speech
  • Threatening other players
  • Stream sniping (if applicable)

3️⃣ Monitoring & Detection

PrimePlayWorld may use:

  • Manual gameplay review
  • Screenshot/video proof submission
  • In-game result verification
  • Community reports
  • Anti-cheat monitoring tools

Players may be asked to provide:

  • Screen recording
  • Live proof
  • Device verification

Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification.

4️⃣ Reporting Cheating

If you suspect cheating:

Provide:

  • Tournament name
  • Match ID
  • Player username
  • Proof (video/screenshots)

False accusations may also lead to penalties.

5️⃣ Ban Types

🟡 Warning

Minor violation – Official warning issued.

🟠 Temporary Ban

  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 90 days

Depending on severity.

🔴 Permanent Ban

Applied in cases of:

  • Proven hacking
  • Repeat offenses
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Prize manipulation

Permanent bans are final and non-reversible in most cases.

6️⃣ Prize & Refund Policy in Case of Ban

If a player is banned:

  • Entry fee may not be refunded
  • Winnings will be canceled
  • Prize may be transferred to the next eligible player

PrimePlayWorld reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation.

7️⃣ Investigation Process

  • All reports are reviewed carefully

We aim to complete investigations within 48–72 hours.

8️⃣ Appeal Process

Banned players may submit a single appeal within 7 days of ban notification.
